Refund Policy
We are committed to making your shopping experience as pleasant and fuss-free as possible!
Clothingbox guarantees total refund for the products (which are returned or for the orders which are cancelled), provided the goods are returned in the same intact condition in which they were delivered. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact when the product is returned to us.
Kindly, raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You can either call on our Customer Support Number: 656780248 or email us at: info@clothingbox.in along with your Order ID and reason for return, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Your refund would be credited by us within 7 business days of successful verification of the returned product. Clothingbox initiates the refund ONLY after the successful quality check by our QC team. Please keep in mind that the refund initiation time may vary at times, as it depends upon the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the returned item(s) to the clothingbox warehouse. Besides, the timing of the actual account credit also depends upon banks and payment gateways.
If you don’t want a replacement, we will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
Note for the Refund Policy:
- 1.) Make sure to raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- 2.) In case, if the returned product fails in the quality check, the refund would not be initiated.
- 3.) Please note that any used promotional discount coupon or voucher will not be refunded.
- 4.) In case, if the customer has self-shipped the product and the package is lost in transit, no refund would be provided.
- 5.) In case, we do not have pick-up service available at a certain location, you would have to self-ship the product. The maximum amount of INR 100 would be refunded to your clothingbox Wallet.
- 6.) Please note that the products being returned for exchange should be in the same exact condition as they were upon receipt; with their original tags intact.
Mode of Refund:
- a.) In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund would be credited to the clothingbox Wallet.
- b.) If the payment is done by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or UPI, the refund would be credited to the original mode of payment in 10-12 working days.
- c.) Please note that if you have chosen COD mode of payment on our website and paid through UPI to the courier man on delivery; the refund would still be credited to the clothingbox Wallet.

product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of
our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after
looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the , it’ll take 6-8 Days days for
the refund to be processed to the end customer.
